I've owned every generation of iPod (the classic style) that Apple has made. Everywhere I go, so goes my iPod. My iPod has become THE indispensable tool, even more so than my mobile phone. The way I listen to the radio has been completely altered by the iPod. No longer do I listen to broadcast radio, unless I'm in the car and there's the
Red Sox or Patriots are playing. I choose what I want to listen to, by subscribing to approximately 60 podcasts of every genre,then bring to my car, hooked up to a cassette adapter.
When the iPhone came out, I knew that sooner or later I would be getting one. Well, that time is this November. But what to do with my Video iPod? The one drawback of the Video iPod is the size, especially when going to the gym. But then here comes the new Nano. It's IMHO the perfect iPod and possibly the perfect gadget. I found that I really didn't need the 30 GB that the video has, 8 GB turns out to be plenty to hold all my podcasts, some choice pictures and videos, and about 30 of my favorite albums, with plenty of room to spare.
